General

1. FeedoStyle.com ("Feedo Style") is a service provided by Myzan Ltd.
2. This site is owned and operated by Myzan Ltd.. No material from may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, disassembled, reverse engineered, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home or school use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to respective owner.
3. You agree to the terms of the Feedo Style Privacy Policy.
4. By using this site, and services provided by it, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site.
5. Myzan Ltd. may from time to time modify these terms of service and will post a copy of the amended Agreement at http://www.feedostyle.com/terms.aspx.
6. Myzan Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your Feedo Style account for the violation of any of these terms at any time and without notice.

Basic terms

1. The Feedo Style services are released on "as is" and "as available" basis and no guarantees as to its operation are given or implied.
2. Feedo Style makes neither assurances nor guarantees as to the operation of it's widgets on your website and by its use you indemnify Myzan Ltd. of any legal responsibility of them.
3. Feedo Style users may paste HTML code from this site into their web pages to load our widgets. The source or production code or any other materials remain the property of Myzan Ltd. and is in no way owned by anyone but Myzan Ltd..
4. Myzan Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate Feedo Style services for any reason, without notice at any time.
5. Myzan Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
6. Feedo Style user’s web site information (site name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by Myzan Ltd.. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) a directory of the sites using our service, general promotional uses, etc.
7. If this agreement is terminated by Myzan Ltd. or by you for any reason, you agree to remove Feedo Style code, logos and trademarks from all of your web sites and other items.

General Restrictions

1. The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in Feedo Style:
   • sites encouraging illegal activity or racism;
   • sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities;
   • sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email;
   • any other sites we deem to be inappropriate.
2. You agree that you will NOT:
   • change the Feedo Style HTML code that you will insert on your website;
   • translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the Feedo Style services or any portion of them;
   • use the Feedo Style services in any way that violates the terms of this Agreement.
   • try to overcome in any manner the limitations imposed by your plan.

"Feedo Style Standard" Restrictions

1. You can't use "Feedo Style Standard" in any commercial site. To remove this restriction, buy or upgrade to "Feedo Style Advanced" or "Feedo Style Enterprise" plans.

Disclaimers

1. Feedo Style services are released on "as is" and "as available" basis and no guarantees, directly or indirectly, are given or implied.
2. Myzan Ltd. is not responsible for any malfunctions, problems, issues, delays, downtime or bandwidth problems of any sort or kind that may or may not be encountered due to using the Feedo Style services.
3. Myzan Ltd. is not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, lost of programs or other data.
4. Myzan Ltd. does not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service of any kind.
5. Myzan Ltd. is in no way legally or morally responsible for the types of uses or types of websites or types of news that Feedo Style users choose to present on their website. Further, Myzan Ltd. is not responsible for Feedo Style users presenting copyrighted or otherwise illegal materials on their websites.
